12.  RETURNS AND TERMS OF SALE.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact ordersupports.us@french-bloom.com and include a brief description of the problem so we can make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Purchaser has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his or her right of return to the Company, without having to justify reasons or pay penalty, provided that the products are returned to their original packaging and in perfect condition within a reasonable time, and at the latest in the fourteen (14) days of the communication of its decision to return the product.
