11.  SHIPPING.

Order by December 16 with ground shipping, December 17 with 3-day shipping, or December 19 with 2-day shipping for Holiday delivery.

Although we ship to most states in the United States, our service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to state or local law or other restrictions. It is our policy to comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, state laws with respect to the sale, shipment and delivery of alcohol-free wine products. You agree that you will comply with all such applicable laws. All product shipments require the signature of someone at least 21 years old upon delivery.

Title to, and ownership of, all alcohol-free wine products passes to the Purchaser at the warehouse and state it is purchased in. The Purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the products, Company is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Company, purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of the products. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of the products and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction.
